Commitments and Contingencies	K.Commitments and Contingencies Manufacturing Commitments In 2018, the Company executed a commercial agreement with one of its manufacturers for future production of antibody through calendar 2025. In May 2019, the agreement was amended to reduce the number of committed antibody batches for an agreed-upon exit fee, which was recorded as research and development expense in the first quarter of 2019. After further negotiations, the Company’s noncancelable commitment for future production is approximately €5 million at December 31, 2019. Litigation The Company is not party to any material litigation.
