K.       Employee Benefit Plans

The Company has a deferred compensation plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (the 401(k) Plan). Under the 401(k) Plan, eligible employees are permitted to contribute, subject to certain limitations, up to 100% of their gross salary and the Company’s matching contribution is 50% of the first 6% of the eligible employees’ contributions. In the year ended December 31, 2017, the six months ended December 31, 2016 and fiscal years 2016 and 2015, the Company’s contributions to the 401(k) Plan totaled $982,000,  $536,000,  $1.1 million, and $875,000, respectively.
