The Boards have appointed Douglas B. Sieg to serve on the Boards of the Funds effective February 24, 2016. Mr. Sieg will be deemed to be an interested Director/Trustee of the Funds.

1. The following information about Mr. Sieg is added to the section of each Fund’s statement of additional information titled “Management of the Funds – Interested Director/Trustee” effective February 24, 2016:
