Transaction Overview Colonial Properties Trust has announced that it has entered into a joint venture partnership with DRA Advisors, a former subsidiary of The Dreyfus Corporation The partnership will acquire 16 multifamily properties totaling 4,223 units in Albuquerque, Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas Colonial will acquire a 20% interest in the partnership for $64.5 million and handle the property leasing and management for all 16 properties DRA Advisors partnered with Colonial Properties due to our established track record of focusing on high growth Sunbelt markets Joint Venture with DRA Advisors
