TwinVision® All-LED Smart Series and TwinVision® Chromatic Smart Series Debut at Recent Transit Industry Conference

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DRI Corporation (DRI) (NASDAQ: TBUS), a digital communications technology leader in the domestic and international surface transportation and transit security markets, announced today that its TwinVision na, Inc. (TVna) subsidiary in Durham, N.C., recently launched two new electronic destination sign system products, the TwinVision® All-LED Smart Series and TwinVision® Chromatic Smart Series.

TVna’s innovative and advanced technological abilities are well known within the U.S. transit industry. TVna has led the introduction of new electronic display technologies many times in the last few years. Their latest new products debuted this week at the American Public Transportation Association Bus and Paratransit Conference in Austin, Texas, and received widespread interest. We expect shipments of the new products to start in the second half of 2008 and we anticipate future orders for the new products to result in an improved market position.”

The new U.S. transit market products feature a more advanced processing system that has been integrated with the Company’s industry-proven TwinVision® All-LED and TwinVision® Chromatic Series (Chroma I and Chroma IV) electronic destination sign systems. Utilizing state-of-the-art processors to monitor system health and solid-state LED devices to provide extremely bright messages with wide-angle visibility both day and night, the products help reduce fleet maintenance costs and system diagnostic times, as well as deliver improved message displays.
