Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies The Company is involved in, or has pending, various legal proceedings, claims, suits and complaints arising out of the normal course of business. Based on the facts currently available to the Company, Management believes these matters are adequately provided for, covered by insurance, without merit or not probable that an unfavorable outcome will result. There has been no other significant or unusual activity during Fiscal 2012.
