Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 7 – DUE FROM AFFILIATE The Company provided $330,090 in engineering services to Qol during the year March 31, 2018. This amount is shown net of a $240,965 allowance for credit losses on the consolidated balance sheets as of September 30, 2025 and March 31, 2025, respectively.
