Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS ADVANCES TO RELATED PARTIES As of March 31, 2013 and 2012, ADM was owed $-0- from advances made to an officer. In fiscal years ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, $10,564 and $6,109 was repaid on interest accrued on these advances, respectively. Total accrued interest was $11,916 and $22,480 at March 31, 2013 and 2012 respectively.

As of March 31, 2013 and 2012, ADM was owed $-0- from advances made to an officer.
