Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On December 7, 2020, we entered into an agreement to acquire Avira for approximately $360 million in cash. Avira provides a consumer-focused portfolio of cybersecurity and privacy solutions primarily in Europe and key emerging markets. We believe this acquisition will help us accelerate our international growth. The transaction closed on January 8, 2021. Although the purchase price allocation for this acquisition is not yet available, we expect a substantial majority of the purchase price will be allocated to goodwill and intangible assets. We estimate that we will incur total costs up to $20 million to realize cost savings and operational synergies in connection with this acquisition.
