Subsequent events	25. Subsequent events The Company has evaluated subsequent events occurring through to the date the Consolidated Financial Statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the Consolidated Financial Statements except as noted below or disclosed in the notes elsewhere. Dividends It is proposed to pay an interim dividend for Q1 2024 of $0.35 per share on April 17, 2024 to shareholders registered at the close of business on March 15, 2024.
