Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Quarterly Dividend. On August 2, 2011, the Board of Directors authorized the company to make a dividend payment of $0.42 per share, or approximately $68 million, which will be paid on August 31, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 16, 2011.
