Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events As previously disclosed, on September 3, 2025, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire critical assets of Global Organics Merchants, LLC, dba LoveBiome ("LoveBiome"). The transaction closed on October 1, 2025. The Company has not yet determined the accounting purchase price allocation of the purchase consideration described above, which includes evaluating the fair value of the acquired assets and the valuation of contingent consideration to be transferred.
