Shareholders' Equity

On August 6, 2015, we initiated a share repurchase program of up to $100.0 million of the Company's capital stock. The share repurchase program has no expiration date, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. As of September 30, 2015, $62.5 million remained of our $100.0 million share repurchase program.

We repurchased the following shares of common stock through our share repurchase program during the periods presented:
