Common Shares	COMMON SHARES At December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively, we had 25,053,480 and 24,825,891 Common Shares issued and 24,592,578 and 24,170,585 outstanding, with an additional 6,715 shares reserved for issuance upon conversion of the nil coupon non-redeemable convertible unsecured loan notes (see Note 7). As of December 31, 2019, we had 5,600,676 shares reserved for issuance upon the exercise or vesting of equity awards, of which 747,500 are stock options that are currently exercisable (see Note 8).
