Common Shares	COMMON SHARES At December 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively, we had 24,777,001 and 23,800,924 Common Shares issued and 24,132,910 and 23,446,035 outstanding, with an additional 6,715 shares reserved for issuance upon conversion of the nil coupon non-redeemable convertible unsecured loan notes (see Note 7). As of December 31, 2017, we had 4,400,676 shares reserved for issuance upon the exercise or vesting of equity awards, of which 1,116,750 are stock options that are currently exercisable (see Note 8).
