On October 27, 2023, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.34375 per share on the Company’s 5.50% Fixed-Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on November 15, 2023 to holders of record as of November 8, 2023. The text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Hauppauge, NY – October 27, 2023 – Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOM and DCOMP) (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.34375 per share on the Company’s 5.50% Fixed-Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on November 15, 2023 to holders of record as of November 8, 2023.
