The registrant has experienced a delay in preparing the Form 20-F and the financial statements required in the Form 20-F for the year ended March 31, 2010 and needs additional time to complete the Form 20-F and the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2010.

The registrant expects a comprehensive loss of approximately $810,000 during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 as compared to a comprehensive loss of $6.8 million during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, a reduced comprehensive loss of $6.0 million or 88%.
