Item 5.03.  Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

Zynex Medical Holdings, Inc. has changed its name to Zynex, Inc.  On June 25, 2008, Zynex filed with the Nevada Secretary of State an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation for this name change.  A copy of the amendment is attached as an exhibit to this Report.  The amendment was effective June 30, 2008.  For purposes of trading on the OTC Bulletin Board, as of the open of business on July 8, 2008, the name change was effective and Zynex's trading symbol was changed to "ZYXI."

The change in the name to Zynex, Inc. was approved by the Board of Directors of Zynex and by a written consent of its majority stockholder, Thomas Sandgaard.
