CONCENTRATIONS	(7) CONCENTRATIONS The Company had a receivable from one private health insurance carrier at September 30, 2011 that made up approximately 30% of the net accounts receivable balance. The same private health insurance carrier made up approximately 27% of net accounts receivable at December 31, 2010.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
