SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Below are events that have occurred since September 30, 2024: Subsequent Event On November 11, 2024, Robert Beaty, an independent Board member, conveyed to the Company 10,587 shares of the Company’s common stock at a price of $0.39485, in an exempt transaction pursuant to Section 16b-3(c), and in full payment of the exercise of 25,000 incentive stock options granted to him in 2019 at a price of $0.1672 per share, which was 110% of the fair market value of our common stock on the date of such grant.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
