RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	5 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company utilizes the services of an entity that is owned 50% by its President and Chief Executive Officer. The entity performs fulfillment services and leasing of warehouse space for the Company at a cost that is approximately equal to what these services would cost from an unrelated third party. Amounts paid to this entity for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010 were approximately $35,749 and $66,043 and $0 and $59,416, respectively. Included in accounts payable are payables of approximately $88,000 and $123,000 due and owing for consulting services to certain officers of the Company and directors of Smoke Anywhere USA, Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, at June 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, respectively.
