Defined Contribution Plan	12. Defined Contribution Plan The Company has a savings plan that qualifies as a defined contribution plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. For Fiscal 2013, Fiscal 2012, and Fiscal 2011 the costs of these matching contributions were $0.07 million, $0.06 million and $0.07 million, respectively.
