Final Terms dated 31 August 2018 (the "Final Terms") for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc ("RBS Group") €750,000,000 Fixed to Fixed Rate Notes due March 2025 (the "Notes") issued under the £90,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets Plc (formerly The Royal Bank of Scotland plc) and RBS Group (the "Programme").
 
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 December 2017 and the supplemental prospectuses dated 3 January 2018, 23 February 2018, 23 March 2018, 1 May 2018, 11 May 2018, 18 May 2018, 3 August 2018 and 21 August 2018 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC (and amendments thereto, including Directive 2010/73/EU).
