In November 2023, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued Accounting Standards Update (ASU) 2023 - 07, "Segment Reporting (Topic 280): Improvements to Reportable Segment Disclosures," which which requires disclosure of the significant segment expense categories that are regularly provided to the chief operating decision maker (CODM) and disclosure of the individual or committee identified as the CODM beginning with our 10-K for 2024. We are evaluating the impact of this standard on our segment disclosures. In December 2023, the FASB issued ASU No. 2023-09, Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures (Topic 740). The ASU requires additional information about the effective tax rate reconciliation and income taxes paid beginning with our 10-K for 2025. We are evaluating the impact of this standard on our income tax disclosures.
