Related Party Transactions	15.RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Bank has entered into loan transactions with certain directors, significant shareholders and their affiliates (related parties) in the ordinary course of its business. The aggregate outstanding principal balance of loans to such related parties on December 31, 2016 and 2015 was $3.1 million and $4.3 million, respectively. During 2016, there were $5.2 million of advances and new loans to such related parties, and repayments amounted to $5.8 million. Terms of these loans have prevailing market pricing that would be offered to similarly-situated non-affiliated third parties. Deposits from related parties were $2.2 million and $4.0 million as of December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
