Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b)    On June 25, 2025, Chad R. Payton informed the Board of Directors of Isabella Bank Corporation (the "Corporation") of his decision to resign from the Corporation's Board of Directors (the "Board"), the Board of Directors of Isabella Bank, the Corporation's subsidiary, and all committees of the Board on which he served effective June 30, 2025. Mr. Payton's resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Corporation or the Board.
