Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies Construction Costs In connection with the development and expansion of various shopping centers as of June 30, 2014, we had entered into agreements for construction costs of approximately $25.5 million. Litigation We are currently involved in certain litigation arising in the ordinary course of business; however, we do not believe that any of this litigation will have a material effect on our consolidated financial statements. Leases We lease office space for our corporate headquarters under an operating lease. We also have operating leases for land at one of our shopping centers and a capital ground lease at our Gaines Marketplace Shopping Center. Total amounts expensed relating to these leases was $0.7 million and $0.5 million for the the six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013.
