Subsequent Events On April 1, 2014, the Company acquired Boston based Health Dialog Services Corporation, which is engaged in providing health coaching, shared decision making and healthcare analytics from Bupa, a London based international healthcare services group. Health Dialog will operate as a 100 percent owned subsidiary of the Company. On April 10, 2014, the Company acquired Houston based RediClinic, which is engaged in the operation of 30 retail clinics in the greater Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas. RediClinic will operate as a 100 percent owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company paid a combined amount of $86.0 million and assumed debt of $2.5 million related to the acquisitions noted above.
