Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company evaluated its consolidated financial statements as of and for the six months ended June 30, 2013 for subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued. Other than the Utah Supreme Court's denial of Dorsey's petitions for rehearing as described in detail in Part II, Item I, Legal Proceedings, within this Form 10-Q, the Company is not aware of any subsequent event which would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
