Proceeds from litigation	Proceeds from Litigation During the nine months ended September 30, 2012, $250 was received as a settlement of amounts due from a defendant in our litigation related to the “Theft of Intellectual Property and Related Cases” described in detail in Note 8 – Commitments and Contingencies of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements in our Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011, and updated in our subsequent Form 10-Qs.
