Proceeds from Litigation During the six months ended June 30, 2012, $250 was received as a settlement of amounts due from a defendant in our litigation related to the “Theft of Intellectual Property and Related Cases” described in detail in in Note 8 – Commitments and Contingencies of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements in our Form 10-K for the year ended  December 31, 2011.
