First Cash Financial Services, Inc. has issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2005.  The Company’s press release dated April 18, 2005 announcing the results is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
