The following table summarizes the Company’s accounts receivable (in thousands):

The balance includes the taxi commission revenue receivables of $1.2 million and $2.3 million from the related party Guizhou Qianxi Green Environmentally Friendly Taxi Service Co, as of September 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, respectively.

In the three months ended September 30, 2020, the Company increased its allowance for doubtful accounts by $0.6 million for the account receivable mentioned above. There were no changes in the allowance for doubtful accounts for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019.
