Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Operating Agreements The Company has operating agreements whereby the Company provides or receives services from affiliated entities. For the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, revenues with affiliated entities related to these agreements were $23 and $22, respectively. For the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, expenses with affiliated entities related to the aforementioned operating agreements, as amended, were $154 and $146, respectively. Reinsurance Agreements Effective December 31, 2012, the Company entered into an automatic reinsurance agreement with its affiliate, SLDI, to manage the reserve and capital requirements in connection with a portion of its deferred annuities business. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company reinsured to SLDI, on an indemnity reinsurance basis, a quota share of its liabilities on certain contracts. On March 26, 2020, this agreement was recaptured and resulted in a loss of $20 that was recorded in the first quarter of 2020. As of December 31, 2019, the Company had deposit assets of approximately $36 and deposit liabilities of $76 related to this agreement.
