Capital Contributions and Dividends

During the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, VRIAC did not receive any capital contributions from its Parent.

On May 5, 2015, VRIAC declared an ordinary dividend to its Parent in the amount of $231.0, which was paid to its Parent on May 20, 2015. During the six months ended June 30, 2014, VRIAC paid an ordinary dividend in the amount of $281.0 to its Parent.
