Amendment Description

The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) to the registrant's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended December 31, 2015, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 17, 2015 (the "Quarterly Report”), is to recognize losses on available for sale securities due to the investment’s stock price dropping from $3.00 per share to $0.05 per share as of December 31, 2015. Because of decline in the investment’s stock price, the investment is being impaired as of December 31, 2015, as the decline was other than temporary.

The Company financial statements have been reclassified to conform to the current period presentation. These reclassifications had no effect on reported losses.

No other changes have been made to the Quarterly Report except as noted above. This Amendment to the Quarterly Report speaks as of the original filing date of the Quarterly Report, does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to the original filing date, and does not modify or update in any way disclosures made in the original Quarterly Report except that changes have been made to the cover page, Note 5 – Securities available for sale, and Note 11 – Financial Instruments.
