9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 22, 2013, the Company entered into a Private Placement Memorandum offering restricted common stock at a per share price of $0.10. The Company has issued 3,250,000 shares with an equity value of $325,000.
