NOTE 6 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

The Company adopted ASC 855, and has evaluated all events occurring after February 29, 2016, the date of the most recent balance sheet, for possible adjustment to the financial statements or disclosures through April 14, 2016, which is the date on which the financial statements were issued.
