SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION PROGRAMS	SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION PROGRAMSCertain employees of Equitable Financial who perform services for the Company participate in various share-based payment arrangements sponsored by Equitable Financial or Holdings. The Company was allocated $3 million, $3 million, and $3 million of compensation costs, included in compensation and benefits in the statements of income (loss), for share-based payment arrangements during the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020, and 2019, respectively.
