Assets held for rent consist of the following as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024:

Shippers and related components in production include shippers complete and ready to be deployed and placed in service upon a customer order, shippers in the process of being assembled, and components available to build shippers. We recognized $0.4 million and $1.3 million in depreciation expense related to assets held for rent during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, respectively, and $0.6 million and $1.7 million during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, respectively.
