8. Warrants	At June 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, we had 7,428,141 warrants outstanding and exercisable with a weighted average exercise price of $4.49. The outstanding warrants have expiration dates between November 2015 and March 2021.

Warrants and rights outstanding are derivative securities that give the holder the right to purchase securities (usually equity) from the issuer at a specific price within a certain time frame. Warrants are often included in a new debt issue to entice investors by a higher return potential.
