On February 17, 2022, George E. Norcross, III, Gregory B. Braca, Philip A. Norcross, Avery Conner Capital Trust, a trust organized under the laws of the State of Florida (the “Avery Conner Capital Trust”), Susan D. Hudson, in her capacity as a Trustee of the Avery Conner Capital Trust, Geoffrey B. Hudson, in his capacity as a Trustee of the Avery Conner Capital Trust and Rose M. Guida, in her capacity as a Trustee of the Avery Conner Capital Trust, issued the following press release:

Norcross Requests Books and Records, Including Shareholder List, From Republic First Bancorp, Inc. in Order to Communicate with Fellow Shareholders.

CAMDEN, NJ: Today, the group led by George E. Norcross, III and Greg Braca announced that Norcross has submitted a demand in accordance with Pennsylvania law to inspect the books and records of Republic First Bancorp, Inc. (FRBK) (“Republic First”), including a complete list with contact information of the Company’s record shareholders and information in the Company’s possession regarding the beneficial owners of its common stock. Norcross, who, with Greg Braca, leads a group of investors that has purchased 9.6% of Republic First’s outstanding common stock and personally holds 674,572 shares, intends to use the list, along with the group, to communicate with fellow shareholders about their mutual interests. Norcross additionally asked for access to information regarding any transactions between the Company and any directors, officers or shareholders of the Company, including spouses, children and business partners.
