Share-based compensation	Share-based compensation Signet recorded share-based compensation expense of $5.2 million and $14.0 million for the 13 and 39 weeks ended October 29, 2016, respectively, related to the Omnibus Plan and Share Saving Plans (13 and 39 weeks ended October 31, 2015: $4.7 million and $11.8 million, respectively).
