Share-based compensation	Share-based compensation Signet recorded share-based compensation expense of $5.0 million and $8.8 million for the 13 and 26 weeks ended July 30, 2016, respectively, related to the Omnibus Plan and Share Saving Plans (13 and 26 weeks ended August 1, 2015: $3.8 million and $7.1 million, respectively).
