RELATED PARTY	NOTE 10 - RELATED PARTY The Company is a related party to Material Advisors, an entity that provided the Company's management personnel through December 31, 2012. During 2013, the Company started to pay the key management personnel on an individual basis.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
