8.	OTHER CASH FLOW DISCLOSURES

On a cash basis, the Company paid $149,613 and $84,403 in interest expense during the first six months of 2012 and 2011, respectively. The Company paid $1,343,081 and $1,905,000 in federal income tax during the first six months of 2012 and 2011, respectively.

The entire disclosure for supplemental cash flow activities, including cash, noncash, and part noncash transactions, for the period. Noncash is defined as information about all investing and financing activities of an enterprise during a period that affect recognized assets or liabilities but that do not result in cash receipts or cash payments in the period.
