Capital Stock	Capital Stock Capital Stock — We have two classes of common shares, Common Voting shares and Class A Common shares. The Class A Common shares are only entitled to vote on the election of the greater of three or one-third of the directors and other matters as required by Ohio law. Share Repurchase Plan — In May 2014, our Board of Directors authorized a repurchase program of up to $100 million of our Class A Common shares through December 2016. Shares may be repurchased from time to time at management's discretion, either in the open market, through pre-arranged trading plans or in privately negotiated block transactions. Under the authorization, we repurchased $29.7 million of shares at prices ranging from $14.71 to $19.51 per share during the first nine months of 2016. For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, we repurchased $10.9 million of shares at prices ranging from $15.90 to $24.08 per share. At September 30, 2016, $54.1 million remained under this authorization.
