Related Party Transaction

We often provide services to unconsolidated joint ventures. Our revenue related to services we provided to unconsolidated joint ventures for the three and six months of fiscal 2020 was $19.1 million and $48.0 million, respectively, compared to $21.8 million and $45.7 million for the same periods last year. Our related reimbursable costs for the three and six months of fiscal 2020 were approximately $18.8 million and $47.6 million, respectively, compared to $21.6 million and $45.1 million for the prior-year periods. Our consolidated balance sheets also included the following amounts related to these services:
