Note 7. Settlement/Note Payable

As discussed in the Note regarding the settlement receivable it should be noted that Mr. Gans (the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and majority stockholder) advanced $560,151 to settle the Sari Diaz et. al. litigation and fund the $30,000 loan to Mr. Goldring. As of June 30, 2013, $330,486 is outstanding.
