The registrant is unable to file its Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2010 (the “Report”) by the prescribed date of November 15, 2010 without unreasonable effort or expense because the registrant needs additional time to complete certain disclosures and analyses to be included in the Report.  The registrant intends to file its Report on or prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

Preliminarily, unaudited estimates of certain key indicators show material differences from the period ended September 30, 2009 to the period ended September 30, 2010 (all 2010 numbers are approximate).

Current assets increased by more than Two Hundred Forty-Four percent from $58,426 to $200,974.  Current liabilities increased by more than Sixty-One percent from $230,674 to $370,472.  Net (loss) was approximately $(94,257) and $(130,362) for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 and September 30, 2009, royalty revenues, which are the Company’s primary source of funds, increased Fifty Eight percent from $241,236 to $379,479 for the nine month period ended September 30, 2010 versus the nine month period ended September 30, 2009.
